Artwork Ownership & Usage Rights
1. Physical Ownership
Upon purchase and delivery, ownership of the original physical artwork transfers to the purchaser.
2. Copyright
All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the artist, ReenArt. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
3. Personal Ownership
The purchaser may privately own, display, and enjoy the artwork for personal purposes.
4. Artwork Usage
Purchase of an original artwork does not automatically include commercial usage, reproduction, licensing, or album artwork rights.
5. Exclusive Licensing
Exclusive usage rights, including album artwork licensing for digital streaming platforms and physical CD/vinyl releases, are available separately. Please send an enquiry for licensing terms and fees.
6. Merchandise & Commercial Use
Merchandise, promotional products, commercial reproduction, and other extended usage rights require a separate license and fee.
7. Shipping
Original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided. Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.
8. Loss or Damage
Once handed over to the shipping service, responsibility for transit-related loss, delays, or damage rests with the shipping provider. In case of damage, please contact the artist promptly with photographs of the package and artwork.
9. Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, including artwork, framing, shipping, and licensing fees. Any compensation for transit-related loss or damage will depend on the shipping provider’s resolution of the claim.
